It's not as hard as you think to create a beautiful mixed media panel when you have the right tools for the job and a theme you are passionate to work with. What exactly is mixed media? It is defined as an art technique where an artist employs different types of materials and combines them in a single piece of work. But, how do you start? Where do you find all the images and materials for your piece and finally, how do you put it all together?

This will be a techniques workshop that will cover everything you need to know. I will be including decoupage and image transfer, distressed surfaces, tinting a photograph, creating collage sheets from family ephemera, how to create embellishments and accents and finally how to put it all together using the best adhesives.    Go to Mycreativeclassroom.com   for early registration.
